PICTURE WEEK - JUNE 2-7
SCHEDULE: Picture Week follows the same schedule as the class schedule. If there are ANY changes to the regular class schedule we will let you know ahead of time.
ARRIVAL: Dancers should come to class with hair and makeup done (you don’t need full stage makeup; lipstick, blush and mascara are encouraged). Dancers will be directed with which costume to put on first. Tights are provided with the costume; you may use these for pictures but should reserve them for the recital to ensure they remain clean
COSTUMES: All Costumes will be sent home after photos. Company dancers need to bring their costumes back to the studio for picture week.
ABSENT? If your dancer is absent from Picture Week: there is no makeup date for pictures
Parents are not permitted in the photo room and must wait in the lobby
“Where/when can I purchase the photos?”
You must pre-order your photos via your Studio-Pro Parent portal “shop.” Please allow up to 3-6 weeks for photo editing after picture week.
PRO TIP:
Parents of dancers under nine years old in combo classes should plan to stay for the entire class to assist with costume changes between pictures
Some classes may end earlier than their normal class time. If this is the case we will inform you of any changes ahead of time
