2023-2024 REGISTRATION AND TUITION PAYMENT INFORMATION

PAYMENT POLICIES: Next Level Dance Center tuition is based on an entire season of dance. Our season runs from September 11, 2023 – June 16, 2024. Tuition is calculated for a full year and then split into 10 equal payments due on the 1st of each month.

There is NO refund for missed classes or weather related cancellations.
All monthly tuition payments, Annual Recital costume payments, and Annual Recital fees will be auto-drafted to the card on file.

Next Gen Costume Deposit $40 (per class) - non-refundable

Company Costume Deposit $45 (per class) - non-refundable

RECEIPT OF PAYMENT: You will not receive a billing statement or invoice prior to any charges, however, you will receive a statement each month after the auto-draft.

LATE FEE: If your card on file is declined, an alternate payment must be made within 48 hours. A 10% Late Fee will be charged for any payments not made in full by the 10th of the month. This includes declined charges for cards on file for any reason.

RETURNED CHECK FEE: $35

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: I hereby authorize Next Level Dance Center to charge my credit or debit card for all services and products related to my family's enrollment in classes and activities at Next Level Dance Center including but not limited to tuition, supplemental materials, special events, costumes, recital fees, accessories, etc. Fees are subject to change.

I have read this entire agreement and understand that I will be held fully responsible for its terms and conditions of service, including a 30-day written notice by email to Next Level Dance Center of any intent to discontinue. I understand that once the monthly installments for my annual tuition, my Annual Recital Show fee or my recital costume fee have occurred, there will be no refund given if I decide to discontinue. I agree to notify Next Level Dance Center immediately of any change in the status of my charge account including but not limited to card expiration, name change, limitation of use, loss or theft of the card, etc. In the event that the amount charged is refused for whatever reason, I accept responsibility for full payment for the amount charged.

We accept check, MC, VISA, DISCOVER, and AMEX.
There is a 3% credit card processing fee on all charges.
 

TUITION is based on how many classes are in the season Sept - June (or whenever you start in the season) is split into equal monthly payments.

CUSTOMER PORTAL: Each family will have a portal to process payments, register for classes, etc. It is your responsibility to keep all info (contact info, payment info, etc.) up to date. You can sign up or log in on the homepage of our website. Please contact info@nextleveldance.net with any questions about your portal and/or account info. When registering in this portal, a parent or legal guardian will need to sign off on all the policies in this section.

CURRENT STUDENTS: Please check and confirm your contact, payment information, and dancer’s school grade is correct and up to date. Once you have registered, please verify all your classes are correct by logging into your customer portal.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY: We require a 30-day written notice via email if you need to withdraw from Next Level Dance Center. Please email info@nextleveldance.net to withdraw from our 2023-2024 season. After the 30-day notice, we will terminate your monthly installment.


RECITAL COSTUMES: Costume costs can range anywhere from $40-$150 per costume. Costume deposits will be auto-drafted on November 17, 2023 ($40 per costume for Next Gen, $45 per costume Company). We do our ABSOLUTE BEST to keep costs minimal for all of our NLDC families! All costumes will come with brand new tights & any accessories needed.

After this fee is processed on November 17th, it is not refundable for any reason. Any costume alterations needed will be the responsibility of the parent. If your dancer will not be participating, you are required to notify us by email to info@nextleveldance.net no later than November 1, 2023. Please do not rely on your dancer to inform us that she or he will not be dancing in the Recital!

RECITAL TICKETS: Tickets to our Recital will need to be purchased. Dancers performing in the show do not need a ticket. More information on Recital Tickets, including when they will be available to purchase, will be included in the Recital Info packet released mid-April. The ticket cost will be announced in the Spring when more of the show details come out! In order to ensure all dancers have the opportunity to have their immediate family watch them dance in the show, we may limit the number of tickets each family may purchase for a designated time period. After the designated time period, if tickets are still available, we may lift the limit and open ticket sales to everyone.


DRESS CODE: Proper shoes and attire must be worn to participate in class. Hair should be pulled back off the face for all classes. A proper bun must be worn for ballet class. Don’t forget to write your name in all shoes, bags, etc. You can find descriptions and examples of the proper attire for each class in the Classes section of our website.

MISSED CLASSES/ABSENCES: Dancers who miss a class due to other events, activities, sickness or injury may be eligible to attend a makeup class. The makeup class must be of the same level or lower as the missed class. However, please note that classes working on recital choreography will not be available as makeup classes after January 1st. Please inform the office if your dancer would like to attend a makeup class so we can find and inform the teacher prior.
