  • Front Desk & Social Media Assistant

    Status: Actively accepting applications

    About the role
    You’ll be the friendly face at the studio and the helping hand behind our social feeds. This role blends customer service, light admin, and simple content creation so families feel supported online and in person.

    What you’ll do

    • Greet families, answer basic questions, and provide check-in support

    • Monitor email and parent portal messages, escalate items as needed

    • Update class rosters and attendance in our studio system

    • Light photo and short-form video capture in class (with studio guidelines)

    • Draft and schedule posts or stories using provided brand templates

    • Assist with studio events, handouts, and front-of-house needs

    What helps you shine

    • Warm, professional communication and a calm presence

    • Solid spelling and grammar, basic tech comfort with computers, TVs, and various software systems.

    • Reliable, on time, and great at follow-through

    • Comfortable with simple photo/video on a phone

    • Previous front desk or childcare experience is a plus

    Schedule & pay
    Part-time, afternoon and early evening blocks, with some Saturday options. Pay based on experience.

  • Future Teaching Opportunities & Camp Staff

    Status: Building our talent roster and interviewing year-round

    About the opportunity
    We are not filling a permanent weekly class slot today. We are meeting instructors who could:

    • Lead school-break day camps and summer camps

    • Sub for classes as needed

    • Be considered for future weekly teaching roles as the studio grows

    Areas we love
    Ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acro/tumbling, creative movement, conditioning.

    What you’ll do (as opportunities arise)

    • Teach age-appropriate, skills-based classes using studio guidelines

    • Support recital or show choreography with simple, clean formations

    • Lead fun, organized camp blocks with crafts, games, and movement

    • Communicate clearly with staff and follow safety protocols

    What helps you shine

    • Age-appropriate classroom management and positive coaching

    • Reliable, coachable, and team-minded

    • Prior teaching or assistant experience is a plus

    • Relevant certifications are a plus

    Schedule & pay
    Camp and sub opportunities are scheduled as needed. Future weekly hours may open based on enrollment. Pay based on experience and program.

    Do I need a dance degree to teach?
    Not required. Experience working with children is a plus, skills-based instruction are most important, willing to always keep learning and continuing your own education is a must!

    What is the interview process?
    Front desk candidates meet for a short interview and reference check. Teaching candidates may be asked to teach a sample class.
